Now powering many of our products is our all new Digital Hardware Controller featuring USB and Serial I/O.
The controller monitors all user inputs at approximately 30Hz. Allowing for latencies in transmitting messages to the PC
and back, and assuming the PC software is keeping up, the total delay is measured under 40 milliseconds (not bad).
We can manage many inputs including Potentiometers, Hall Effect and Digital Encoders

This two way digital controller will allow us much more flexibility in todays and future products.

Product Features:
16MHZ PIC microcontroller with 10-bit A/D converter
Up to 64 analog control input channels each can also be used as a switch input, each can be firmware-selected as
resistance to ground (e.g. existing controls), resistance to +5V (e.g. game port inputs), or voltage 0-5V (e.g. hall-effect sensors).
Up to 3 encoder panels, with 5 encoders and one toggle switch each
4 game port digital inputs
6 landing gear LEDs
2 relay outputs (for electric trim), with 5 spare relay drivers
2 electric trim limit switch inputs
USB and RS232 serial I/O with host PC
RS232 serial I/O with avionics panel and MCP
Transmit LED on serial output to host PC
3 spare digital I/O pins and 3 spare analog input pins
